How can I help?
I am a fully qualified and experienced HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. I have successfully treated a number of clients both privately and with my NHS work. I find that CBT and Mindfulness are effective in stabilising difficulties, after which I will use more deep rooted psychological techniques to get to the core of the problem.
Through our time together, you will get a better understanding of the causes of stress and anxiety, as well as how you can develop your resilience. The intention is to effect real, lasting and noticeable change in you. My approach is collaborative, and my goal is to empower you to reclaim your life. Simple!
